Our approach

Healthcare that is clear about what it can and cannot do

  • Named healthcare professionals

Patients should know who is providing their care and what qualifications they hold.

  • Clinic and home continuity

Where appropriate, follow-up can continue through the clinic or a scheduled home visit.

  • Human booking confirmation

A team member confirms the request instead of presenting an unverified instant appointment.

  • Clear referral guidance

When specialist, diagnostic or hospital care is required, patients receive clear next-step guidance.

  • Respectful patient communication

Medical information should be explained in understandable language without exaggerated promises.

Common questions

Questions patients ask before booking

If your question is not answered here, our team can clarify before you confirm an appointment.

Do you provide doctor visits at home in Lahore?

Nabziya Health accepts requests for scheduled doctor home visits in selected Lahore areas. Availability depends on the patient's needs, location, preferred time and available doctor. The appointment is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.

Can I visit the clinic instead?

Yes. Patients may request a general-practice clinic consultation for common illnesses, routine medical concerns, follow-up and preventive guidance. The clinic address and opening hours will be published after final confirmation.

Is a home visit suitable for an emergency?

No. Nabziya Health is not an emergency department or ambulance service. For chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, unconsciousness, stroke symptoms, major injury, severe bleeding or another life-threatening emergency, call Rescue 1122 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

How much does a doctor home visit cost?

The fee depends on the location, requested time and nature of the visit. Our team confirms the fee before the appointment. No payment should be collected before the service and fee are confirmed.

Can elderly or bedridden patients request a visit?

A scheduled home visit may be suitable for some elderly, mobility-limited or bedridden patients. The team will first review the request and confirm whether a home consultation is appropriate.

Do you provide physiotherapy at home?

Home physiotherapy will be available subject to the verified physiotherapist's schedule, qualifications, service area and the patient's needs.

Can I request an injection or wound dressing at home?

Selected clinical support services may be available after assessment. Prescribed medication, practitioner availability, sterile supplies and an appropriate home setting may be required. Contact the team before booking.

Do you provide specialist consultations?

Nabziya Health currently focuses on general-practice care. When specialist assessment or hospital care is needed, the doctor can advise the patient about appropriate next steps.
